The Presidential Proclamation No. 1098, every October of the year is declared as Consumer Welfare month (CWM), In cooperation with Nueva Ecija Consumers Affairs Advocacy Association Inc., business sector, SM Megacenter and the academe.
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is the primary coordinative, promotive, facilitative, and regulatory arm of the Philippines Government with the country’s trade, industry, and investment activities. The said department celebrated “Consumer Welfare Month” with the theme: “Sustainable Consumption: Understanding the Impact of Consumer’s Choices in A Shared Environment”(October 15, 2019) under the Department of Araling Panlipunan, the school joined Poster Making contest at SM Megacenter which was participatedby Bien Angelo R. Cayetano and Coach Jan Carl B. Briones. The said participants won as the Third (3rd) Place among the Fifteen (15) participants.
